A creative experiment: Rendering the same abstract prompts with multiple AI image models
Working with AI art generators is interesting because the same prompt can produce very different results depending on the model used. When I find a prompt that catches my attention, I like to try it with several AI models to see how each one interprets the idea. The outcomes show how much the choice of model influences the style and mood of the final image, often in surprising ways.
Inspired by my excurse into abstract images, I now tried to turn soundscapes into images.
Sound waves like light through a prism
The prompt: For the "Light Through a Prism" challenge, picture an abstract artwork where sound waves are transformed into beams of light, splitting into a spectrum of colors as they pass through a prism. The colors swirl and dance in the air, creating a mesmerizing display of light and sound. The scene is rendered in a vibrant, painterly style, reminiscent of early 20th-century fantasy illustrations, with a touch of Mexican folk art and surreal abstraction.
Whale song
The prompt: An underwater soundscape translated into abstract art, capturing the serene melodies of whales singing in the deep ocean. The sounds manifest as swirling patterns of light and color, with gentle blues, greens, and purples dominating the palette. The artwork evokes a sense of tranquility and connection to the marine world. Rendered in a style reminiscent of Yayoi Kusama's immersive installations, combined with the ethereal quality of bioluminescent displays, creating a captivating and harmonious visual experience.
